Working with Sarah Elder was a transformative experience. While looking into past lives, current challenges, shadows, and patterns, Sarah held all of those parts with no judgement, only compassion and understanding. This opened up space for me to hold myself and all of my parts with compassion and understanding, as well. What a gift! Sarah also helped me connect to my gifts and purpose in this life and even helped me reframe some aspects of myself that I have judged harshly as the strengths they truly are. I left our session feeling energized and inspired! In the weeks that followed our session, I could more easily identify when I was falling back into patterns that no longer serve me. Sarah helped me realize when I am most in alignment with myself and this has felt like a reliable and supportive recipe for continuing to do the work of healing shadows and shifting challenging patterns.
